KENNY'S MUSIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR DELIVERY OF GOODS
Where & when do we deliver
All goods are shipped out from our warehouse in Dunfermline.
All orders placed before 1.00pm Monday to Friday of goods we have in stock will be handed to our preferred courier, and shipped on a next day service.
We do not delivery goods to PO Boxes.
Please note:
• Although it is our goal to delivery within the above mentioned lead times, delivery dates are not guaranteed as shipments are handled by third parties.
• Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation.
• Orders will be processed in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of sale.
• We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

Delivery charges apply to your Order based on the value of your Order and type of delivery:

Taxes & Duties
Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and itemised in the checkout page and on the Order Confirmation. Delivery charges for Orders dispatched within the United Kingdom are inclusive of VAT and include all costs related to the shipping of order to the requested address.

Kennys Music may, from time to time, apply free shipment promotions for limited periods.

KENNY'S MUSIC RETURN POLICY
This Return Policy applies to all items purchased through the Website and shipped within the United Kingdom, under the Terms and Conditions of Sale i.e. to any Goods which were supplied in error, were incomplete, damaged or faulty, as well as in case of your exercise of the right of withdrawal further detailed in our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
There are, on some occasions, reasons for customers to return products to us. In the event of this being necessary, you are required to choose the correct reason for the return, as follows (for our full terms and conditions please refer to our Website http://www.kennysmusic.co.uk/terms-and-conditions
Please note; we do not issue Returns Numbers for any returns. Your Order Number will be used for all communication.
If you have simply changed your mind:
If you have received an item which you have decided you do not actually wish to keep for whatever reason, then you must inform us within 7 working days, in writing. The easiest way to do this is to complete the Contact Us form provided on the Kenny’s Music website ensuring you have filled in all the required information, which will help us to process your return quicker.
Once you have done this, please package the item in all its original packaging and any extra packaging that was supplied, and return the package to us as soon as you can. Please also include a copy of your original invoice/delivery note.
The goods to be returned must be done so at your own expense and should be sent via a recorded method or courier.
The Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) allows you to return the product but it must be in the original packaging and in the condition in which you received it. When we receive the item back into our warehouse, the goods must be in brand new condition and not showing signs of any kind of usage.
Any software/CD’s or DVD’s where the seal has been broken cannot be accepted back, so please review carefully prior to opening any sealed item.
Returned Items falling within the Warranty Period:
If your item develops a fault after the 7 working day period but is within the warranty period of the manufacturer/distributor, then you will be entitled to a warranty repair. Please return the faulty goods to our Dunfermline office:

The goods will need to be well packaged and sent via a recorded delivery service. Please make sure that any software, CD's and power supplies are returned too.
Please ship the goods back to us with a copy of the fault.
Items Faulty on Arrival:
If you receive your item and find it to be faulty, you have 7 working days in which to inform us of the fault. Again, all items should be returned in their original packaging complete with any accessories and/or documentation, including manuals. We will contact you upon receipt of your completed Returns Authorisation Form containing all the necessary information for us to proceed with your request. We will then arrange to collect the item from you and once the fault has been verified, we will either replace or fully refund the item for you. All refunds are processed back to the original method/card used for payment. If however, the item is found to not be faulty, you will be charged for all return carriage costs incurred by us.
Items Damaged in Transit:
In the event that you sign for an item that has clearly been damaged in transport, in the first instance this should have been signed for as so, by adding a comment to your signature for the items with the courier. You must inform us within a 2 working day period if you have accepted goods which were clearly damaged when you received them by completing the Contact Us Form with all the required information. Items must then be boxed in all original packaging, whether that packaging is damaged or not and again complete with any/all accessories, including paperwork and manuals. We will then arrange collection of the item. Once we receive the item back into our warehouse we will send a replacement item out to you or if requested, we will issue a full refund to you onto the original card used for payment of the item.
In all cases, any goods being returned must be adequately packaged and protected. Kenny’s Music will not be responsible for any damage or loss of goods that occurs in transit back to us.
Kenny’s Music reserves the right to refuse delivery of unpackaged items.
