I was in there a few weeks ago with my Trans-Lavender Ibanez SA 220FM. I had initially wanted a price for potential trade in or sale, but after some discussion and the quickest set-up done by Gil while I went for lunch rather than making me come back the next day from Stirling, unbelievable service! The guitar was playing like a completely different beast, awesome work. I was also allowed to play as many guitars as I liked with no hassle or pressure from anyone, and I don't usually like playing in public, so it was definetly a relaxed place! Also ended up buying a Fender Mustang 1 modelling amp, which i absolutely love too, a great replacement for my knackered Roland Micro-Cube. I have already recommended your place to friends and will continue to do so. Looking forward to coming through again to buy a Les Paul! I purchased a blackheart amp from kenny's music. It was being sold at the best price, and also came with a free stool which made the offer too good to turn down. The item arrived the following day, which was very impressive considering the logistics! When the item arrived I thought the kettle lead was missing without checking the extra box. I phoned up , the staff were extremely helpful and were nore than willing to send out a new lead the following day. All they asked was I check the spare box, which I then did, and guess what was in there.....my kettle lead. I was impressed with the speed and professionalism of the store, and how committed they were to after sales. I would certainly recommend them. Tim, Birmingham.

The feeling I had was that of a small and friendly organization that puts in genuine effort and have an intimate attitude toward meeting customer needs; something I find highly refreshing compared to most of the faceless online stores.
