You may want to know who Kenny is...

Kenny Graham is first and foremost a musician and music lover. He started playing in bands in his early teens, now in his forties, he has played with many Scottish bands, this allowed him to see a bit of the world through extensive touring. In the early nineties he decided to settle more in Scotland and began working with Sound Control Music Stores. He managed several of their stores with a career spanning over 20 years. In 2008 Kenny and his wife “Dundee born Marie” opened the Dundee Branch of Kenny's Music, then due to popular demand they opened the Dunfermline branch. Kenny's Music is staffed by people Kenny had worked with for many years in the music industry and most of the staff are playing musicians.

In 2012, Kenny opened the Glasgow branch, taking the number of stores in the chain up to 3. This store offers Scotland's busiest shopping city an alternative musical instrument experience, with our eclectic mix of the biggest names in music, such as Gibson, Martin, Fender, Casio, Yamaha and so much more.

In 2015, Kenny's Music Aberdeen opened, taking the chain up to 4 stores. The shop can be found in the city centre, in The Green just off Union Street (formerly R&B Music). The former shop was established in 1984 and Kenny's Music is proud to now call this location one of our own, and continue the shop's legacy in 2015.

Our Online Store is as important a part of the business as our shops, with our web team ensuring you're provided with the best possible service. We now ship same-day on orders up to 2pm, and provide attentive aftercare for our customers. We believe we provide an unparalleled level of quality when it comes to dealing with our online orders, and our hundreds of independent 5 star reviews can attest to this.

Kenny believes that whilst we are retailers, ultimately everyone at Kenny's Music loves music and making music. This is the most important part of our business and this is what we hope our customers see when they visit our stores.

We firmly believe we're not just selling an instrument - we're selling something that is going to be loved and cherished, something that may take you all over the world. We offer all of our customers the assurance that you're not just forgotten about once you've left the shop, if you need anything at all we're just a phone call, email or a shop visit away.

We are very proud of what we've achieved in what is a relatively short time, but Kenny's Music is a young exciting company which puts our customers first, every time.
