Christmas Delivery Times
Kenny's Music is committed to ensuring that all orders made during December are delivered safely and on time. As courier services are processing high volumes of packages, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that delays will not occur. In light of this, we would recommend that orders are to be made as soon as possible so to have the best chance of arriving on time.
Many of the products that are bought over the period leading up to Christmas are intended as gifts. We'd like to relieve some of the stress of worrying that the gift might not be quite the right thing.
For that reason, between 1st December and 24th December, we have modified our standard 14-day no quibble returns policy so any purchases in that period can be exchanged up until 14 days after Christmas Day. Note that they will need to be returned in the condition they were delivered, and that this applies to online orders only.
