How do I get my free iPad?

Simply purchase a Clavinova CSP-170 in the period from 01.11.2022 to 15.12.2022.

Once purchased, log into your Yamaha customer account. If you don’t have an account yet, you will have to create a new one.

In perfect harmony: the Yamaha CSP-170 and your free iPad.

Then, you have to register your new CSP-170 digital piano and add your shipping address in the Yamaha account within 14 days from the delivery date of the CSP-170.

After successful registration and a minimum of 14 days from the delivery date of the CSP-170, Yamaha will ship the iPad directly to you! You will receive an information email about the eligibility of receiving the iPad if you have registered for the Yamaha newsletter in your account.

Until when can I claim my iPad, when I bought the CSP-170 within the promotion period?
You need to register within two weeks from the delivery date of your CSP-170 to claim your iPad.

Why haven’t I received an email confirming that I will get the iPad?
You need to be subscribed to the Yamaha newsletter in your account to get information about the eligibility of receiving the iPad.

When will my iPad be delivered?
The iPad will be shipped when you have successfully registered your new CSP-170 and entered your shipping address in your Yamaha account, and when 14 days have passed from the delivery day of your CSP-170.

The address information can be entered in the section “my details”, the product can be registered with its serial number in the section “product registration” in your Yamaha account.

The iPad will be shipped by UPS and delivery time depends on your country.

Does my free iPad come with a warranty?
The promotional offer includes the official warranty period typical of all Apple products.
