Want to write for us? We’re looking for music gear bloggers!

Are you fanatical about Fender? Gaga about Gibson? Interested in, um... Ibanez? We need you!

You may have noticed that we’ve been publishing a lot more content recently: (hopefully) interesting, funny, controversial stuff not just about the music gear we sell but also about the world of music production and performance.

We are now looking to supplement that content with the opinions of you, our lovely customers and readers.

Whether you’ve got a bee in your bonnet about basses, you want to get your recording tips on the record, or you’re harbouring a 10,000 word epic poem about your favourite plectrum, we’d love to hear what you’ve got to say.

Here are some things we’d like to publish:

• Opinion pieces about issues affecting musicians
• Reviews of gear that we sell
• Tips and tricks for guitar, keyboard, recording or any of the categories we sell
• Gig or band reviews
• Interviews with people in the music industry

We’re not currently paying for guest blogs, but would consider commissioning further articles if we publish anything that gets a lot of traction. Our blog is read by thousands of musicians and music lovers every month, so this will be a great opportunity to get your opinions out there, and would make a great addition to your CV if you’re interested in music or music gear writing jobs.

We’re also happy to include links to your band or business if they’re relevant to the piece (though nothing too spammy, please!).

Interested? Drop us a line at marketing@kennysmusic.co.uk with an article or some ideas for articles and we can take it from there.

We look forward to hearing from you!
